Sam Alexiadis is a highly regarded leader in property investment and property development, with over 20 years of expertise in finance, investment, and project delivery. As the CEO of Wingspan Capital and Co-Founder of Neue Space, Sam has played a pivotal role in funding and delivering over $2 billion in projects, working closely with businesses and investors to drive strategic growth and long-term value.
With hands-on experience in property development, Sam has successfully delivered high-impact projects across the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors for over a decade.
