Open mezzanine
Neue Tech spaces are entirely open plan. The mezzanine level overlooks the warehouse floor, making it perfect as a second workspace.
Practical spaces
Designed with functionality and efficiency in mind, Neue Warehouses include secure, high-span roller doors with remote control shutters, a suspended ceiling system, and all come with NBN (FTTN).
