Design       Enduring design meets forward-thinking functionalism at Neue Space Mornington. Upon entry through the lush landscaping, the building form is bright and bold, with neutral silver tones, textural cladding and feature perforated panelling. Elegant arches surround the building, creating distinctive gateway to the warehouses along the ground floor. Generous floor-to-ceiling windows cross two storeys, framing views for abundant light to fill the workspaces.

Internal spaces are self-contained and fully enclosed. Built from durable materials, warehouses are designed to withstand the rigour of an active workspace. Intentionally minimal in aesthetic, each flexible floorplan makes maximum use of the space.

Finishes       Neue Space Mornington features a robust material palette, designed to stand the test of time—even with the toughest treatment. Tilt-slab concrete structure is paired with anodised aluminium and perforated steel, while internal fixtures and fittings are durable with a minimal, contemporary aesthetic.

Location         Neue Space Mornington is located at 1158 Nepean Highway, 65km from Melbourne’s CBD, and a 5-minute drive from Mills Beach. The site is conveniently accessed via local bus lines, or Baxter and Leawarra train stations.

A short 3km from Neue Space Mornington is Main Street, home to the local shopping and café scene, as well as Mornington’s renowned yacht club and golf club.
